My stay at this spa hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The friendly and helpful staff made a great first impression, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, especially during breakfast. The amenities, including the pool and spa facilities, were excellent and added to the experience. However, I faced a few issues with the air conditioning in my room, which made it uncomfortable at times. Despite this, the value for money was good considering the quality of the food and services provided.
