Disappointing Sea View

Breakfast was acceptable and offered a decent variety.
I booked a sea-view room hoping to relax. My room, however, only provided a partial view. The restaurant roof blocked most of the sea. It was a letdown. I asked for a different room, but the reception staff didn't offer any solutions.
